Summer obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With a background in emergency nursing, she has developed strong skills in managing acute care situations and providing compassionate, efficient care. This experience has honed her ability to think critically and respond to patient needs, while always maintaining a focus on patient-centered care. Driven by a passion for preventative medicine, Summer is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal health. She believes in the power of education and early intervention to prevent illness and improve quality of life. By building strong relationships with her patients, Summer empowers them to take charge of their health and well-being, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life through proactive, holistic care.

Erica Desouza-Fite began her nursing journey at Clovis Community College, where she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). She continued her education at the University of Texas, completing both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With over 10 years of diverse nursing experience, she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including correctional health, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), medical-surgical units, progressive care (PCU), intensive care (ICU), post-anesthesia care (PACU), and multiple leadership roles. Originally from South Florida, she enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and traveling. She is passionate about patient care, advocacy, and improving quality of life, longevity, and health outcomes. She values shared decision-making and believes in partnering with patients and their families to guide care choices. She is committed to building long-lasting, trusting relationships that support wellness across every stage of life.

David Lee

David Lee, ARNP, MBA, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their best health through compassionate, personalized care. He believes that strong provider-patient relationships are built on trust, communication, and understanding, and he strives to create an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healthcare decisions. His approach emphasizes preventive care, health education, and the management of both acute and chronic conditions to help patients maintain long-term wellness. David brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and healthcare leadership to his practice. With extensive experience caring for patients with complex medical needs, including those requiring acute and chronic dialysis treatments, he has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, David spent more than a decade leading healthcare operations and quality improvement initiatives, giving him valuable insight into delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and holds an MBA in Project Management. Outside of work, David enjoys serving his community and helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys with confidence and support.

Katie Able, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for preventive medicine, patient education, and empowering patients to take an active role in their healthcare. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and working collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans that support lifelong health and wellness. Katie is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and strives to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and supported. Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from College of Coastal Georgia and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University. She served the community for more than six years in the emergency department, where she cared for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Her emergency nursing background provides a strong clinical foundation and enhances her ability to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to patients of all ages.
